Welcome to MyZodiac.Day. By accessing or using our website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. We may update them from time to time; continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms (see Section 14).
2. What MyZodiac.Day is
MyZodiac.Day publishes a daily horoscope for each of the twelve zodiac signs, refreshed once per day and translated into multiple languages, along with related astrology articles on our blog. Content is generated from astronomical data and is intended as a source of reflection and entertainment, not a scientific or predictive service.
3. Entertainment and educational purposes only
The content, horoscopes, and astrological information provided on MyZodiac.Day are for entertainment and educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional, medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, and no decision of consequence should be based solely on anything published here. If you're facing a serious decision or difficult situation, please consult a qualified professional.
4. Who can use the Service
MyZodiac.Day is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country if that's higher, to use the Service. If you're a parent or guardian and believe a child under that age has used the Service, please contact us.
5. Free to use, no account
MyZodiac.Day is free to use, requires no account or sign-up, and we intend to keep it that way. We don't charge subscriptions, memberships, or fees for any content. The Service is supported by advertising rather than fees — see Section 7 below.
6. Intellectual property and use license
The MyZodiac.Day name, logo, layout, and original written content belong to the P.San Team or its licensors. You're granted a personal, non-commercial, and revocable license to view our content in your browser for your own use. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or use our content (including individual horoscopes or blog articles) to build a competing service, without our explicit written permission.
7. Advertising and third-party services
MyZodiac.Day is supported by advertising and relies on third-party services to operate and improve the site, including Google AdSense and other advertising partners, Google Analytics, and Cloudflare (security and content delivery). These providers may set their own cookies or use similar technologies, under their own privacy policies, independent of MyZodiac.Day. See our Privacy Policy for details on what's collected and by whom.
8. Acceptable use and third-party links
Please don't attempt to disrupt or overload the Service, send automated or abusive volumes of requests, attempt to bypass any rate-limiting or security measure, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to limit or block access for anyone who does. This site also links to independent third-party sites, including our sister site MyTarot.Day; we don't control and aren't responsible for the content or privacy practices of any external site.
9. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any horoscope or article is accurate, complete, or suited to your situation.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the P.San Team won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Because the Service is free of charge, our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the past twelve months (typically zero, for a free service) or a nominal sum, to the extent your local law doesn't allow a full exclusion of liability.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold the P.San Team harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or damage, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party arising out of your misuse of the Service or your violation of these terms.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws generally applicable to the operation of the Service, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your own country of residence. If you have a concern or dispute, please contact us first — we'll make a good-faith effort to resolve it informally before any other step is taken.
13. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in full effect. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, make up the entire agreement between you and the P.San Team regarding use of the Service, and supersede any earlier version of these terms.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect a new feature, a new advertising or analytics provider, or a change in applicable law. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above.
